Preventative Programming

Abuse Prevention: Erin's Law

To comply with this law, ECCUSD utilizes the [email protected] Curriculum. The overarching goal is to teach students how to stay safe. Below, you will find additional information about the topics that are covered. Each session builds on and reinforces the skills learned in previous lessons. During these lessons, the students are given the opportunity to practice each learned skill. The program includes techniques such as role-playing, music, a puppet (K-1), games, stories, student activity books and videos to enhance the learning process for each individual child.
